What we look for

It can be authenticated

A specialist needs to confirm what it is, from a reference number, hallmark, certificate or provenance.

It can be insured

Your item is insured from the moment it leaves you until it’s back with you, so it needs to be something an insurer will cover.

It has a resale market

We value items on what they would fetch today, so there needs to be an established market for them.

It can be moved and held safely

Most items travel by insured post. Larger or fragile pieces go by specialist courier. If yours is difficult to move, talk to us.
